About Me
I am a first-generation Asian American therapist with a literature/journalism B.A from University of California, Davis and a M.A. from the University of San Francisco in Counseling Psychology.
I come from a community mental health education with an emphasis in social justice. Born and raised in the Bay Area by immigrant parents, I connect, appreciate, and live within the community.
I often use Cognitive Behavioral interventions in my practice, coupled with psychodynamic roots. I also hold interest in existential philosophy. I value honesty, humor, and maintaining a safe space for my clients.
